Everyone is profesional, approachable and helpful. The food is delicious, large variety of choices, and the restaurant is designed with very good taste. Everything was organized for our wedding and we could enjoy our special day
Central Hospital at the walking distance for those who visit Romania for medical tourism,a street well known for it's medical clinics is a 2 minutes walk away,the entire area is very safe day or night,the staff at the reception speaks English and the owner of the place speaks French and is very helpful if you need anything or just asking for directions.
Booked this very last minute due to a delayed plane, and wound up arriving after 2 in the morning. No problem: the staff were there, even carried our bags to the room, which was big, clean and comfortable.
I booked one night to stay at this typical Romanian-style hotel and the single room was decorated very nicely with some fresh flowers in a vase on a table.The romanian painted arts on the wall were quite interesting to look at and examine.The hotel owner's wife asked me if the single room with separate beds were ok and if i want to change to another single room with a King's bed.I told her I would like to see the room and decide but I really like the bigger single room with the King's bed.She was very friendly and she did her best to ensure that the guests staying in her hotel would be very satisfied and comfortable too.The romanian food served by the waiters from the kitchen were good and the prices were very reasonable in Bacau.
The place is nice, well decorated, very clean. The staff is more than helpful, very nice, always serving with a smile. This is the third year I am staying here instead of a hotel and I am glad I do so.
Stayed here for 1 night wish we had booked for longer We arrived late so night porter let us in The room was very nice and spotlessly clean.The bed was really comfortable, bathroom was clean and shower was hot. Would recommend this hotel very highly.
